Our World

For this topic we will be asking the children to explore their immediate environment as well as beyond. Your children will be asking you lots of questions about the similarities and differences of our environment from now and when their adults were children. If you have any photographs we would love to see them!

100 Sight Words Collection for Children - Dolch Top 100 Words by ELF Learning

Learn the 100 Sight Words Collection for Children. The children in Bats use this for their Phonics and handwriting practise to embed the words. If your child does use this, please encourage them to join the letters.

In Year Two to achieve our End of Year targets all the children need to be making joins in their writing. The following website will help your child learn which letters can join and how to join them.
